why does the new fluidmaster 501 not close after flushing?

The alignment with the outlet port could be off, maybe. Is the mounting bracket tight on the overflow pipe? Could it be mounted too high or too low on the overflow pipe? You might take a look at the Fluidmaster troubleshooting page. |
